The Grant brothers’ grandmother was in perfect health when she suffered a stroke. She was referred to a nursing home to help her recover, but unfortunately she passed away just 10 months later.
She survived, but died under their care just 10 months later. Her adult grandchildren knew that she would have fared better had she been housed in a different facility.
